With an increasing international presence as one of our growth principles, HCCM Consulting is expanding its focus on Nearshoring projects. For these types of engagements, two different models are available:

• Staffing of project teams with expert resources, on a Time & Materials basis, with project management responsibility resting entirely with the Client;
• Projects and services driven and managed by HCCM Consulting on behalf of the Client, with delivery and project management as our responsibility.
